Required Accounts Manager for JCB Dealership

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and agreements.Conduct research on corporate law, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.Support in preparing and filing statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities such as ROC, MCA, and other government bodies.Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and corporate documentation.Participate in organizing and facilitating board meetings, AGMs, and other corporate events.Collaborate with the legal and compliance team on various projects and initiatives.Provide administrative support as required, including documentation, data entry, and correspondence.Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Company Secretary ship or a related field.Strong interest in corporate law, governance, and compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
