We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:- Record Financial Transactions: Accurately enter all financial data, including sales, expenses, and receipts, into accounting software to maintain updated financial records.- Prepare Financial Statements: Generate monthly and annual financial statements, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to help assess the company's financial health.- Reconcile Bank Statements: Compare and reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.- Assist with Budgeting: Support the budgeting process by gathering financial data and providing insights to help formulate accurate budgets.- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments while also tracking outstanding receivables to improve cash flow management.- Support Audit Processes: Assist in preparing documents and reports for internal or external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.The ideal candidate should have at least a B.Com or I.C.W.A qualification and some experience in accounting, though fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential.
