As an ICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care, promote optimal patient outcomes, and support patients' families.Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.2. Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patients' needs and goals.3. Life-Sustaining Interventions: Manage life-sustaining equipment, such as ventilators, and administer medications as prescribed.4.
