Clinical Duties- Monitor and manage admitted patients on a daily basis.- Perform initial assessment, examination, and documentation of patients.- Implement treatment plans as advised by consultants.- Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the ward.- Write progress notes, treatment orders, and discharge summaries.2. Patient Care & Safety- Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.- Monitor vital signs, investigations, and patient progress.- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and infection control guidelines.- Provide basic counseling to patients and relatives regarding treatment plans.3. Coordination & Communication- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.- Communicate changes in patient condition to senior doctors promptly.- Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions.4.
