Sl. No.-:- Role & Responsibility & AuthorityOne Time Activity -:-1. Setting up of technical training centre with planned training materials /tools etc2. SOP / check list update based on improvement.3. QMS awareness & Technical training (Civil / Electrical /Product) presentation update.4. Training plan and feedback & its evaluation, reporting. Effectiveness study based on feedback for FQC / PM. Training improvement plan.General Activity -:-5. Listing of running projects and understanding the needs and expectation of the client.6. Understanding the project schedule and interaction with PM and Quality regional manager for planning the technical training required at site.7. Module 1 civil, Module 2 Electrical installation, Module 3 Product commissioning, QMS practical session as per procedure to be explained in detail. Attendance & feedback to be obtained.8. For newly joined peoples for site supervision activity, on job training to be given at training centre as per training procedure.9. Regular QMS audit as per plan and improve the system in all projects and O & M site.10. Supporting cross functional team for RCA-CAPA and improve the product & process quality both at OEM and EPC.

We are looking for Solar Site Engineers for our sites:Openings:- No. of Openings:- 4- North IndiaJob Responsibilities:-Should have prior experience of Working in Solar Industry /Electrical Projects-- Experience in erection, installation and commissioning in PV power projects &conducting electrical work inspections. Designing of arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop & Ground Mounted & other various supported Electrical equipments & selection of cables for plant including layouts & schematic diagrams and calculation of technical Sizing, BOQ/BOM End to end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted).--- System & Component Failure Investigations / Root Cause Analysis AMC / Service Support.--- Understanding and designing in AutoCAD and coordinating with the installation team.--- Comfortable in traveling, required to travel & stay at various Work Location.--- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract project specifications, and all applicable standards.--- Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system--- Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system. Working with the company's other engineers and program managers to ensure customers needs are met.--- Develops plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several smaller, but complex projects, or for the design within a specific discipline.--- Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with the clients schedule, adherence to the budget, adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problems are monitored and resolved.--- Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution.
