We are looking for a dedicated and responsible female Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations of our hostel in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience and a graduate degree.As a Hostel Warden, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. You will oversee daily activities, facilitate communication between residents and staff, and handle any issues that arise.Key Responsibilities include:1. **Resident Support**: Assist students with their personal and academic needs, providing guidance and resolving conflicts to promote a positive living environment.2. **Supervision**: Monitor hostel activities and enforce rules and regulations for safety and discipline among residents.3. **Facility Management**: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of hostel facilities, coordinating with housekeeping staff and addressing maintenance requests promptly.4. **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain records of residents, occupancy rates, and incidents, reporting updates to management regularly.5. **Event Coordination**: Organize social activities and events for residents to foster community spirit and enhance their overall experience.Required skills and expectations include strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with residents, a calm demeanor to handle emergencies or conflicts, and excellent organizational abilities for managing multiple tasks. This Position is for Hostel Warden for Male Candidates, open position is 4 Nos. We require minimum 2 to 5 yrs of experience and will provide accommodation and food facility, the warden must stay permanently in the Hostel it is full time job. Required Residential Lady Warden for the hostel situated at girinagar and surrounding area

Oversee the daily functioning of the hostel including accommodation, housekeeping, and maintenance.Maintain attendance, movement, and behavior records of all residents.Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and kitchen staff to ensure timely services.Student Welfare & Discipline:Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to hostel rules and schedules (wake-up, training, meals, lights-out).Ensure the emotional and physical well-being of students; act as a mentor and support figure.Take proactive steps to prevent bullying, fights, and misuse of electronic gadgets or harmful substances.Safety & Emergency Response:Conduct regular safety checks and maintain discipline on hostel premises.Be available 24/7 on campus to handle emergencies, health issues, or discipline matters.Ensure immediate medical attention in case of injuries or illness and inform the academys medical team and parents as needed.
