This role is crucial for aiding individuals who require medical assistance and personal care, ensuring they receive support in a familiar environment.Key Responsibilities include:- Administering medication and monitoring patient vital signs: The nurse will follow prescribed medication plans, ensuring timely and accurate administration while keeping an eye on health indicators.- Assisting with daily living activities: Helping patients with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation to maintain their comfort and hygiene.- Communicating health updates: Regularly updating family members or healthcare providers about patient conditions and any changes observed in their health status.- Maintaining a safe and clean environment: Ensuring that the patients living space is well-maintained, reducing the risk of accidents or infections.Required skills include:- Aadhar Card, Photo, and bank passbook: These documents are necessary for the hiring process and verification.- Strong interpersonal skills: The ability to communicate effectively with patients and families is essential for building trust and ensuring effective care.- Basic healthcare knowledge: Familiarity with basic nursing care practices will help in performing duties efficiently.- Physical fitness: The role may involve lifting or assisting patients, making physical strength and stamina important.Candidates must have completed at least 10th grade and are encouraged to apply even if they are fresh graduates.
