We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and staff. This role is suitable for freshers with a basic education up to the 10th standard who are keen to start their careers in security.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Monitoring Premises:** Regularly patrol the designated areas to deter and detect any unauthorized activities or safety hazards, ensuring a safe environment.- **Access Control:** Manage entry and exit points by checking identification and granting access only to authorized personnel, preventing unauthorized entry.- **Incident Reporting:** Record any unusual occurrences or incidents in detail and report them to the appropriate authorities, maintaining a reliable log of events.- **Emergency Response:** Act swiftly in case of emergencies, such as fire alarms, disturbances, or medical situations, and assist in coordinating evacuations if necessary.- **Customer Service:** Assist visitors and staff by providing clear directions or information, offering a friendly and welcoming presence while maintaining security.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Attention to Detail:** Ability to notice and act upon suspicious activities or behavior, maintaining a secure environment.- **Physical Fitness:** Must be in good physical condition to perform regular patrols and respond quickly to incidents.- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal skills are necessary to convey information clearly and effectively to staff and visitors.- **Team Player:** Willingness to work collaboratively with other security personnel and staff to enhance overall safety.- **Adaptability:** Must be prepared to adapt to various situations and handle pressure calmly, ensuring a secured operation at all times. This role is full-time, and the work will be conducted from home, providing flexibility while playing a crucial role in maintaining safety.
