The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and aesthetically appealing CAD designs for our product lines, working closely with the design and production teams to translate concepts into production-ready artwork.Key Responsibilities:Develop CAD designs for cushion covers, sofa covers, pillows, rugs, carpets, and other textile products.Interpret design briefs and translate them into technical CAD drawings with accurate specifications and repeat patterns.Collaborate with product designers and merchandisers to ensure alignment with market trends and seasonal themes.Create colorways, textures, and mockups for visual presentations.Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of designs.Maintain a digital library of CAD files and design records.Ensure timely delivery of design files for product development and sampling.Stay updated with the latest trends in home dcor and textile design.Requirements:Bachelors degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.35 years of experience in CAD designing within the home furnishing or textile industry.Proficiency in CAD software such as NedGraphics, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other industry-standard design tools.Strong understanding of textile design, repeat layouts, color separations, and pattern development.Good sense of color, texture, and home fashion trends.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in creating CADs for woven, printed, and embroidered home textiles.Familiarity with design development for export as well as domestic markets.Experience in digital printing processes and file setup.What We Offer:A creative and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to work on diverse home furnishing collections.Competitive salary and benefits.
