1. Drive lead generation through personal PR networks, including corporate houses, HNIs, NRIs, and institutional clients.2. Identify potential new markets, customer segments, and bulk investors for company projects.3. Recruit, Onboard and train IBAs, maintain strong relationship with high-performing IBAs.4. Define and implement monthly/quarterly sales plans and ensure team adherence. Take ownership of achieving revenue targets across projects.5. Lead complex negotiations and finalize deals in coordination with Sales Head/Management. Ensure extraordinary customer experience pre- and post-booking.6. Consolidate daily/weekly reports from reportees and prepare analytical insights. Track performance metrics like lead-to-sale ratio, agent contribution, and campaign ROI. Present periodic reports to Sales Head with recommendations for improvements.
