Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university.Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & CommissioningSCADA, PLC, BMS engineering/programming experience preferred.Strong understanding of OPC, BACnet, Modbus protocol to include IP, ETH and MS/TPDesign, development, commissioning, and testing of Building automation systemsBMS/SCADA/HMI graphic screen developmentIO Loop test and Functional testBasic knowledge on SQL database programming.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProviding technical support to clientsExperience with current trends in automation and instrumentation to be able to select and implement modern controls architecturesStrong communication and organizational skills

1. Experience: 1 to 2Years2. PLC/HMI Programming (Delta, Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi)3. Experience of working in VFD, Servo, Sensors, Pneumatic Control System, etc4. Electrical Design, Panel Wiring & Testing.5. Candidate should be able to handle the site work independently or as a team.

* Should have hands on work experience of PLC and PLC programming of Honeywell, Siemens and Schneider, SCADA screen development and HMI interfacing.* Recommend and implement improvement to Distributed Control Systems, PLC, and other control systems* Provide ongoing site support, which may include site visit, installation and commissioning activities.* Distributed Control System configuration, commissioning, startup, and tuning* Distributed Control System, field instrumentation, and valve-related situations troubleshooting and problem resolution* Configuration optimization of both batch and continuous process control* Loop tuning* Troubleshooting field instrumentation and valve application* Interfaces to PLCs, drives, and various control bus networks* Gas Detection Systems

The candidate will be responsible to work on projects using PLC, HMI and cobots. project documentation and control, job costing, scheduling, and executing. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. ResponsibilitiesProgramming of PLC, HMI and Cobots. Development of Software for Cobot interface using URCap SDK using Java and python.Working with industrial fieldbus like Profinet, Ethernet I/P and Modbus and integrating with the existing machines at site.Working at site and on-site management to ensure project successEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in Electrical or Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering1 to 6 years' experience in PLC and HMI programming. Robot or Cobot programming preferred.Basic Knowledge on various sensors selection, vision systems, barcode scanners and measuring instruments.
