The Car Showroom Supervisor oversees day-to-day showroom operations, ensures excellent customer service, manages the sales team, and supports overall sales performance. This role ensures the showroom is well-presented, staff are well-trained, and customers receive a smooth and professional buying experience.Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom OperationsEnsure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.Oversee vehicle display arrangement and ensure all cars are presented according to brand standards.Coordinate test drives and ensure vehicles are prepared and documented properly.Maintain inventory records of vehicles, accessories, and promotional materials.Team SupervisionSupervise and guide sales executives, receptionists, and support staff.Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to the sales team.Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.Customer ServiceEnsure customers are greeted promptly and assisted professionally.Resolve customer complaints or escalations quickly and effectively.Maintain strong relationships with repeat and VIP customers.Ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, and delivery teams.Sales & ReportingSupport the sales team in achieving monthly targets.Track daily customer footfall, inquiries, bookings, and sales performance.Prepare and submit daily/weekly showroom performance reports.Work with management on promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
