Undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations.Initial history collection and understanding the patient concerns/1st consultation.Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients while comparing results of previous treatment.Counsel and explain clients on packages available.Assessing and planning treatment requirements.Update records on pre- and post-consultation.Monitoring and administering medication / treatment.Collect feedback from clients on the treatment & service .Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.Evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements.Meet targets set by Organization for specified treatments.Monitor on cost control of consumables and proper usage and handling of equipment.Update Knowledge of performing all the procedures available in Clinic.Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures.Grievance handling & aassist Clinic Manager in identifying and resolving workplace issues related to treatments.Follow the sop and protocols of the organization for medical treatments.Teaching and supervising trainee doctors, therapists & nurses.Guiding the Medical Aestheticians on all the treatments and results.call us 9176388488.
