Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tally Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for students in Arts and Science colleges. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with practical knowledge and skills in Tally software, ensuring they are proficient in its use for accounting and financial management.Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and interactive Tally training sessions for college students.Teach Tally fundamentals, including accounting principles, inventory management, GST, payroll, and financial reporting.Develop and customize training content to suit the academic level and requirements of students.Provide hands-on practice sessions and guide students through practical applications of Tally.Assess student progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience.Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Tally software.Collaborate with college faculty to align training objectives with academic goals.Qualifications and Skills:Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime with a strong understanding of accounting principles.Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tally Trainer or similar role.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (preferred).Certification in Tally (added advantage).Patience and a passion for teaching.
