Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role. Portfolio of completed design projects. Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw. Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Balsamiq) Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts Attention to visual details Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.

We are looking for a driven, experienced, and organized Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist to join in a newly created role. The role will report to the Operating Manager. The role will consist of product photography, graphic design, managing social media and website graphics. The role has a tremendous growth scope for someone who is willing to take responsibility and prove their capabilities.

Create PSDs For Visual Layout Of Web Pages And Convert Each Design Into HTML And CSSImplement Responsive Design Websites In HTML 5, CSS3Coding Front-End (HTML, CSS And JQquery)Identify And Troubleshoot UX Issues (E.G. Responsiveness)Establishing Design Guidelines, Standards, And Best Practices.Designing Visual Imagery For Websites And Ensuring That They Are In Line With Branding For Clients.Communicating Design Ideas Using User Flows, Process Flows, Site Maps And Wireframes.Create UI Mock-Ups And Prototypes That Clearly Illustrate How Sites Function And LookIncorporating Functionalities And Features Into Websites.Preparing Design Plans And Presenting The Website Structure.Designing Sample Pages Including Colors And Fonts

Demonstrated ability to analyze, develop, present and execute new marketing strategies that lead to significant improvements in organic search engine performance. Extensive understanding of web metrics and statistical analysis, including the ability to develop and debug custom tracking procedures within Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.History of achieving maximum ROI and consistent growth in regard to pay-per-click advertising campaigns. (Search, Shopping, Display & Social). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization that leads to conversion rate improvement. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)
