The Manufacturing Execution Implementation Supervisor will oversee the deployment of MES Digital Manufacturing Platform at customer sites, ensuring smooth execution of Industry 4.0 processes while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves project management, team coordination, process implementation, and compliance enforcement.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor MES implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines.Process Implementation: Introduce Industry 4.0 technologies, conduct trials, and ensure regulatory compliance.Team Leadership: Supervise and train manufacturing technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits, address quality issues, and ensure compliance with standards.Resource Management: Optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment while coordinating with procurement.Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and handle incident reporting.Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization using lean manufacturing principles.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Diploma or bachelor's in mechanical /electrical engineering.Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.Technical Expertise: MES, ERP systems, lean manufacturing, quality control.Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong team management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.Work Conditions:Primarily on-site at manufacturing facilities (client locations).May require extended hours or weekend work to meet project deadlines.Exposure to industrial hazards, requiring adherence to safety protocols.Language Proficiency:English: Read, Write, SpeakTamil & Hindi: Speak

- Experience in Automation of Functional and Integration Testing using Selenium Web Driver, SOAP UI, Postman, Para soft, etc- Experience in testing in Banking/Finance Domain (Commercial Banking/Fin Tech Domain, Investments)- Hands-on experience in managing teams and performing lead activities and coordination- Strong Experience in Functional Automation Testing, API Automation and Mobile Automation- Strategically design and build the Test Automation platform encompassing framework, tools, and accelerators- Hands on experience in working in a Continuous Testing and DevOps environment- Good understanding of DB queries & Procedures- Planning and development of quality test design and test cases that meet test objectives- Demonstrate experience working in a test team environment whilst maintaining focus and achieving outcomes and meeting deadlines.- Proven ability to communicate effectively- Planning and development of quality test design and test cases that meet test objectivesResponsibilities (Day to Day Activities):- Work with your team members (Onsite & remote), developers across multiple Teams- Lead and automate functional, integration and E2E Test suite- Design and implement test strategy for the business platforms.- Work with team to share knowledge and Learnings- Managing testing resources and delivery both in person and interstate.- Review of test cases/test scenarios and test results- Participate and provide knowledge on Test Estimation models and best practices.- Test environment readiness & verification- Perform test closure activities- Thorough analysis of test requirements and test cases use structured techniques to identify those suitable for automation- Create test automation frameworks to ensure stability, efficiency and scalability in the automated solution Review automated test scripts and code to ensure alignment with standards Execute tests and analyse test results to differentiate issues with the AUT from automation issue
