Key Responsibilities:Conduct IELTS (Academic & General) training sessions for Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking modules.Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the IELTS test format and student needs.Assess students strengths and weaknesses through regular mock tests and feedback sessions.Maintain student performance records and share progress updates with counselors or management.Develop and update study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests as per the latest IELTS trends.Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target band scores.Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns, scoring criteria, and British Council/IDP updates.Support in conducting demo sessions, workshops, and promotional seminars when required.

Responsibilities:Responsible for discipline decorum;Conduct extra troubleshooting sessions for students;Checking notebooks, assignments;Teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students ;Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program;Regular feedback one to one discussion to assess needs of students;Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
