Job Title: GS Faculty TNPSC CoachingJob Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeLocation: Anna Nagar,Chrompet,T.NagarSalary: 15000-25000Roles & Responsibilities:Teach General Studies (GS) subjects as per the latest TNPSC syllabus.Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and test papers.Conduct interactive classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and mock tests.Guide students with exam strategies and time management.Analyze previous year question papers and highlight important topics.Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.Stay updated with current affairs and integrate them into teaching.Requirements:Strong subject knowledge in General Studies (History, Polity, Geography, Science, Current Affairs, etc.).Prior teaching/training experience in competitive exam coaching (TNPSC preferred).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Passion for teaching and mentoring aspirants.Candidates who have cleared any Preliminary or Main stage of competitive exams will be preferred.Freshers who have cleared Prelims and Mains of TNPSC/SSC/Bank/RRB in the past 12 months are also eligible.Preferred Qualification:Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant discipline.Experience in handling large batches will be an added advantage.

Answer the inbound customer questions and relay the correct and practical information.Keep and revise customer records, feedback, and call list on the CRM of the company.Contact the leads regarding the previous discussions to keep in touch and progress the sales pipeline.Among other things, work towards daily or weekly calling and conversion goals given by the team lead or manager.
