In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that products are accurately selected and packed for shipment to our customers.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Picking Products:** Locate and gather items from storage areas to fulfill customer orders, ensuring the right products are selected.- **Packing Orders:** Carefully pack selected items into boxes and prepare them for shipping, making sure they are secure and ready for transport.- **Quality Control:** Check products for any damage or defects before packing to ensure only quality items are sent out.- **Labeling Packages:** Apply correct shipping labels and maintain clear documentation of packed orders for accurate tracking.- **Maintaining Work Area:** Keep the packing area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency during the packing process.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus but not mandatory. Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in selecting and packing items. Candidates should be able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions carefully. Good physical stamina is important as the role involves lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
