Were looking for a talented (basically young, skilled, and hungry) graphic designer who can take concepts, and ideas (a lot of gibberish) and create visual representations of them. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable (reliability is key).Required skills and qualificationsExceptional creativity and innovative design skills (YouTube Thumbnail Design, Web Layout Design, Logo Design, Posters Design, Social Media Post Design).Freshers with portfolios can apply (always welcome, should be hungry for more and always motivated though - thats key).Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment (a lot is required in short amounts of time so initiative is key).

Job Responsibility:Creating stunning designs to win the hearts and minds of the clients;Designing interesting and interactive graphics, infographics, presentations, brochures, booklets, case studies, reports, whitepapers, audio-visual, etc. to resonate with the tone of the products & services of the respective clients;Design exciting new graphic content for various kinds of products and services from different sectors;Explore new design challenges for different clients, different niches, and different businesses on a day-to-day basis;Work closely with content writers, copywriters, and clients to establish the accurate theme of the businesses;Strategize innovative designs that convey the core concept of the clients business model;Conversion of the designs using HTML, CSS, and other processes;Following the exact brand guidelines while designing the content;Video editing for a variety of programs;Performing superbly under the immense pressure of deadlines.Qualification:Demonstrating stellar graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;Excellent visual communication and user experience research skills; Great command over Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, HTML, CSS, and other supporting programs;Strong grasp of various graphic designing tools that including Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, After Effect, Canva, etc;Strong grasp of various video editing tools;Outstanding creativity with a natural storytelling ability;Good understanding of current design patterns.
