Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.Creativity: Strong sense of color, texture and form with in-depth working knowledge of fabrics/materials, prints, embroidery, and garment construction. Developing sketches and creating detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software for textile and clothing designs. Selecting suitable fabrics, colors, and embellishments to be used in the final product. Maintaining a strong understanding of the textile and fashion industry and keeping upto-date with industry developments and trends. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE-Aesthetically have a very good hand in designing prints and using different physical and digital means to create artworks.Fabric knowledge and dealing with printing mills. Participating in the sample-making process and making necessary adjustments to designs. Who could you be?Background and Experience: You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
