Key Responsibilities BDE/ BAGenerate Business leads through various online platforms like linkedin, Upwork, freelancer, fiverr etc.Analyze requirements, data, trends, technologies, and performance metrics to initiate discussion & documentation.Creating detailed documentation, SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, HRD, WBS & proposals, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.Support the design and implementation of solutions by coordinating with teams such as IT, operations, and product development.Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to provide actionable insights.Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Test, validate, and ensure quality assurance for proposed solutions or implemented changes.Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute to project planning and execution.RequirementsRecently completed a degree.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools.Basic understanding of wireframes, IT Technologies and client handling is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.You can go through the JD and prepare accordingly

Works deals assigned to the sales team supported,prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the salesmanager. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm. Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm.Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support. Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements. Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a dealstechnical close. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channels, or teams supported. Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills. Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.

Generate Business through an online freelancing portal like Upwork, freelancer, etc.Writing proposals, bidding online for the website, leading generation, and interacting with international and domestic clients.Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience on online Bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, etcIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.Gather, translate, and simplify understanding of client requirements and assist the sales team with pre-post sales documentation (quotations, proposals, presentations, SOW, SRS/ case studies)Documentation: SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, HRD, WBS, Proposals, Estimation Sheet, etc., as may be required.A candidate should have excellent communication and written skills.The candidate should know how to work on wireframes and client handling.Being a bridge between the client & Development team
