The Franchise Sales Business Development Manager is a critical role responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified franchisees to expand our brand presence. This individual will manage the entire franchise sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to discovery days and contract closing. They will be a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value proposition of our franchise opportunity and guiding prospective franchisees through a comprehensive due diligence process.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Nurturing:Proactively identify and cultivate new franchise leads through various channels including online inquiries, industry events, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.Qualify leads based on financial capacity, business acumen, cultural fit, and alignment with our brand values.Develop and execute strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing timely and relevant information.Sales Process Management:Manage the entire franchise sales process from initial contact to signed franchise agreement.Conduct introductory calls, presentations, and webinars to educate prospective franchisees on the business model, financial requirements, and operational support.Facilitate discovery days, virtual meetings, and other events to provide in-depth insights into the franchise opportunity.Guide candidates through the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) review process and address any questions.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements, achieving assigned sales targets.Relationship Management:Build strong, trusting relationships with prospective franchisees, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and training teams to ensure a seamless transition for new franchisees.Market Research & Strategy:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in franchise development.Contribute to the development of franchise sales strategies, marketing materials, and outreach programs.Identify potential growth markets and demographic targets for franchise expansion.Reporting & CRM Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system .Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.Qualifications:Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:10 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related B2B sales role, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.Experience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to close.Familiarity with franchise law and the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) preferred.Skills:Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to travel as needed.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Work from homeExperience: Franchise Development/Sales: 5 years (Required)Language: English (Required)Hindi (Required)Work Location:Remote
