Mitrik Supermart India LLP is seeking a skilled and innovative Food Formulation Specialist Beverages to join our product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the formulation and improvement of a wide range of beverage products, including health drinks, juices, functional beverages, and flavoured water. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ingredient functionality, food chemistry, and sensory evaluation. You will lead the development process from ideation through pilot trials and commercialization, ensuring each product meets taste, quality, shelf-life, and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities include sourcing and testing new ingredients, improving product stability, conducting sensory tests, and working closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth scale-up. You should have a strong awareness of market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory compliance, particularly with FSSAI guidelines. This is a hands-on role that combines scientific knowledge with creative thinking to develop beverages that align with health, wellness, and sustainability trends. You will play a critical part in shaping the next generation of Mitrik Supermart beverage offerings. Were looking for someone who is passionate about food innovation and ready to make a real impact in the IndianFMCG market.Key Responsibilities: Formulate and develop innovative beverage products (juices, functional drinks, flavoured waters, plantbased drinks, etc.). Select and test raw materials, ingredients, and additives for product safety, taste, texture, shelf life, andcompliance. Conduct pilot trials and scale-up processes for commercial production. Collaborate with the marketing and product development team to align formulations with market trendsand customer demands. Ensure all formulations comply with FSSAI and other relevant regulatory standards. Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and nutritional assessments.
