Employment: (KrcR Trading(Import & Export) pvt Ltd- Full TimeObjective: Increase availability of our brand(Rice, Pickles, Seafood(Prawns, Fish, crabs), Seasonal fruits(Like Tender Coconut, Mangoes, Apple, Dragon fruit etc., & not limited to the products, in whole India, with a keen and ambitious sales executive!Main Responsibilities: -To promote retail and wholesale brand of above mentioned brand products by approaching new buyers(Super/Hyper Markets, Groceries, Hotels, Stalls, Customers etc.- Service existing customer requirements.- Delivery of certain product to new and existing buyers.- Attend office premises daily/when ever required (before and after work) to submit delivery notes, invoices, etc.)- Prepare weekly sales report for management. - Create brand awareness to potential buyers. - Manage monetary collections from clients.- Maintain professional customer service standards at all times. - Identify key competition in the market.Reporting to : Business Development Manager / CEOSubordinates : Sales HelpersNumber required : 2-3 personsDuration : Permanent position, subject to probationDesired start date : April 2023Probation : 3 monthsEducation: Anyone can apply those who have good skills for Marketing.Working hours : Monday-SaturdayTravel requirements : Frequent travel in IndiaGross monthly base salary : 1 lakh - 3 lakh per annul(as it is startup, based on focused commitment to drive the business)Commission / Bonus : ApplicableOther Benefits : Travel allowance, health insuranceREQUIREMENTSPrevious Experience : Past experience in rice / commodities industry, sales experience, market, experience in dealing with trading market, wholesale market and A, B, C class supermarkets.
