Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets for a small manufacturing company.Prospect for new dealers and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other methods.Identify dealer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential dealers.Negotiate sales contracts and terms with dealers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information in a CRM system.Build and maintain relationships with dealer, providing excellent customer service.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and maintain knowledge of competitor products and services.Work closely with other departments, such as production and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met.Prior experience in FMCG, OTC, or pharma is required
