You will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring print runs, and conducting quality checks to ensure all prints meet standards.Key responsibilities include ensuring machines are properly set up for each job, loading materials into the machine, adjusting settings as needed, monitoring the printing process to detect any issues or defects, and making adjustments to maintain quality standards. You will also be responsible for performing regular maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during production.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of a 12th pass education and ideally have some experience in operating printing machines. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently are essential skills for this role. Additionally, you should be physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
