main responsibilities include:

operating and monitoring paper-production machines

ensuring product quality during each stage of production

performing basic machine maintenance

following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area

working in coordination with production supervisors and team members

requirements

experience in industrial production or machine operation (paper industry preferred)

basic mechanical understanding

ability to work in rotating shifts

good physical condition

team spirit and discipline

english communication skills (mandatory)
