Fleet Personnel Executive Jobs

Job Responsibilities:1. Coordinating all fleet personnel activities, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.2. Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to fleet personnel management.3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to fleet personnel.4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to fleet personnel, including attendance, training, and performance.5. Analyzing fleet personnel data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

It has branch offices in New Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai & Kochi.Required following Shore Staff in Fleet Personnel Dept: 1) Personnel/Administration Executive 3 No. Positions Responsibilities:1) Screening Applications of Seafarers to confirm validity of Documents/Certificates, Service Records, Personal Details etc2) Preparation of joining Documentation, Visa Applications, Flag State Licensing Documentation, Third party correspondence etc.3) Maintaining Statistical Data for Seafarers (Crew lists, Leave status, Crew movements, Crew Data, Accident and Incident Information, etc.).4) Co-ordination of arrangements with Institutes, Hotels etc. for Officers/Ratings when required.5) Arranging dispatch of Documentation, Crew Welfare Items, etc. to Clients and Ships.6) Any other duties that may be required by the Senior Management.7) Authorised to Undertake tasks and co-ordinate activities commensurate with the responsibilities outlined in the Companys Quality Management System.8) Currently handling the Training & Courses for Qatar Fleet.Educational Qualifications:Minimum H.S.C 12th

Desired Knowledge / Experience A Minimum of 3 years experience in Fleet management knowledge Previous supervision and team leading experience in a Multicultural team Good knowledge of railway products and systems Conflict management and interpersonal skills Team spirit approach and good communication skillsAnticipation and clear reporting CLIENT way of working for efficient process execution Communication skills (provide clear instructions/directions) Reasoning skills (problem solving and troubleshooting skills) Ability to communicate clearly by radio, intercom and telephone Capability to manage pressure Work tracking train and track movement on multiple mediums in fast-pace environment prioritize multiple tasksTechnical Skills & Competencies Perfect Knowledge of Fleet management Problem solving and Analytical thinking Planning and Organizational skill to meet availability and reliability figures CLIENT way of working for efficient process execution
