Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fortigate configurations. Configure and support basic firewall, switch, and router configurations. Provide support for Checkpoint firewall environments. Implement network automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Implement and adhere to industry best practices for SD-WAN, firewall, and network configurations. Establish, document, and manage the scope, schedule andresource allocation for projects and sustaining activities to ensure successful project execution. Ensure theservice quality as per SLA. SOC manager should have a good command over information security solutions and SIEM architectureso that he/she will be able to effectively guide the onsite team on the operations and provide the Bank necessary insights andadvice in order to improve the information security posture of the Bank.EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONSSOC manager is responsible for overall management of SOC and its operations.
