Provide frontline technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues on desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating system issues, software installations, and hardware failures.Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and participate in IT projects as needed.

The candidate should satisfy below requirements:Technical:Good exposure & experience in various IBMS systems like BMS, FAS, PAS, IP CCTV, VESDA, water leak detection system etc. Having worked on Tridium Niagara/ Honeywell Trend, EBI / Siemens DesigoExposure to Pharma Environment with 21 CFR part11 compliance s/wValidation protocols under GAMP5HVAC automation PID logic, temperature, RH and pressure controlVarious Industrial protocols: BACnet/ Lon / Modbus protocols. OPC integrationFire Alarm SystemCCTV System : IP/ Analog SystemsAccess Control and Door interlock SystemsShould be able to do the site survey and make the BOQ for above systems.
