Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with advancements in robotics technology and our product offerings. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance expertise. 7. Remote Support: Assist customers remotely by guiding them through troubleshooting procedures and offering solutions. 8. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols when working with robotic systems, including risk assessment and proper use of personal protective equipment. 9. Reporting: Provide feedback to internal teams regarding common issues, potential improvements, and customer feedback. 10. Travel: Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and repairs as required. Qualifications:. 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field preferred. Relevant experience and technical certifications may also be considered. 2. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components of robotic systems. Ability to perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of robotic systems. Understanding of electrical systems in robotics, including sensors, motor controllers, encoders, and power distribution. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Awareness of safety measures when working with robots, including emergency stop procedures, risk assessment, and safeguarding. 3. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. 4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer interactions and team collaboration. 5. Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships. 6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various work environments, challenges, and evolving technologies. 7.
