Skills and Experience:- Strong understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and Fusion Field Services (FFS) and their capabilities.- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules eg. Inventory, Maintenance will be an added advantage.- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations between OFSC/FFS and other applications and developing custom forms in OFSC/FFS application.- Experience with mobile development and configuring mobile solutions for field technicians.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and best practices.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud, Field Service process expertise (scheduling, dispatch, technician tracking), Oracle Cloud ERP integration, Fusion SCM/Procurement/PPM modules, UAT & testing, configuration & troubleshooting, Agile methodology, documentation, and client-facing communication.
