Assisting client with visa documentation. Preparing of the visa file entries/applications. Process, follow ups with the clients, collection of the documents, coordinate with Clients and maintain detailed and accurate records. Should be aware of the latest updates regarding visas. Quick and reliable customer service to clients. Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails as per the instruction of Senior Manager. Preparing forms and data wherever required.
