Responsibilities:Deliver engaging lessons based on the curriculum/lesson plans provided.Prepare and submit term-wise learning materials in advance.Monitor student progress, update online records, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.Develop teacher training materials, conduct training sessions, and support peers.Adapt to online teaching systems, create content, and participate in training sessions.Familiarize yourself with the curriculum and provide confirmation of readiness.Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.Requirements:Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant subjects or Education.Experience in online tutoring or classroom teaching.Proficiency in online teaching tools and platforms.Strong communication and organizational skills.Preferred:Experience in teacher training or supervisory roles.Familiarity with learning management systems.

We are currently looking at on boarding women educators for our growing teaching platform where kids learn basic coding. The current pool of candidates that work with us shows a potential and earning capacity between INR 50,000/- to INR 1,00,000/- every month with a commitment of time starting from just 30 hrs per week.
