Job Description Of HR Recruiter: Having an experience in Bulk Hiring Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

We are looking for 1 Director Marketing Executive Post in Indore, with deep knowledge in marketing, Technology Transfer, Direct Marketing, Internet Marketing, Market Executive and Required Educational Qualification is : Higher Secondary,B.A

Must have knowledge of HR activities including Recruitment, Operations, Training & Development and should be from MBA HR / PGDM background as well as IT Background preferred.Should be ready to learn IT Technologies and openness to do self learning as per requirements.Should have Interviewing Skills and Convincing Skills.Should have genuine interest in developing her career in HR.Meeting the targets and Reporting to the Manager.Should able to take Inductions.Should able to give Training / Guide on Soft skills, Personality Development, Agile Work Methodology etc. (HR T&D Domain).

Strong prociency in PHP programming with OOPS, MySql, Javascript, Jquery & Ajax.Good knowledge of WordPress, Codeigniter, Laravel, PHP, HTML,CSS.Experience in modules development & plugin.Experience in developing E-Commerce & Educational websites.Should have good command coding in PHP.Node Js will be an added advantage.Good communication skills.
