Manage restaurant staff and reception

- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant: The hotel staff should be able to effectively communicate with guests to take their orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly.- Provide assistance with room service: The hotel staff should be able to deliver room service orders to guests' rooms efficiently and ensure that all items ordered are accounted for. - Prepare and serve drinks at the bar: The hotel staff should be skilled in mixing drinks, have knowledge of different types of beverages, and ensure that the bar area is clean and organized at all times.- Assist chefs in food preparation: The hotel staff should be able to assist the chefs in preparing ingredients, cooking food, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment: The hotel staff should be responsible for cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring that the restaurant and bar areas are clean and presentable to guests.Skills and Expectations:- Minimum of 1-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude towards guests.- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
