The ideal candidate should have experience managing production teams, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency and output.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate factory operations, including production, packaging, and dispatch.Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to daily production targets.Maintain quality control and hygiene standards as per export requirements.Manage workforce schedules, attendance, and productivity.Handle raw material inventory, stock records, and logistics coordination.Ensure machinery maintenance and compliance with safety standards.Report production data and performance updates to management.
