ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES1. Patient admission and counselling : Clinical assessment and diagnosis, maintaining previous documents, prepare folder of pt having his videos/photos for record purposes2. Monitoring the Therapist: timely entry, lunch break time, their work, leaves, communication with the patients, decorum maintenance, therapy room cleanliness, list of patients for senior drs to be seen from time to time, meetings with therapist on regular intervals, all feedbacks are entered daily in tabs3. Guidance and Monitoring patients: Regular basis feedbacks from patients by just talking to them, counselling, refer to dr if patient needs change in medication or other valid reasons, all doctor related enteries in files are to be entered in tabs4. Coordination and Meeting: Act as a Coordinator between Admin/Nutrition/Physio, Coordination among drs, Regular meetings with different departments, Regular checks in therapy rooms for mobiles use/any other wrong doing5. HR/Manpower Requirement/Utilization- Regular trainings for staff, enhancement of skills from time to time6. Closing formalities- see that pre and post summary details by doctors are done, Preparation of all documents before closure and see file in tab is complete
