The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, explaining our products/services, and converting inquiries into sales.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.Explain the companys products/services clearly and persuasively.Generate leads and maintain a customer database.Follow up on inquiries and close sales.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with clients.Report call outcomes and market feedback to the team leader/manager.Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).Experience in Tele Calling / Customer Service / Sales preferred.Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language (if applicable).Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.Benefits:Fixed salary + Incentives.Training and career growth opportunities.Friendly work environment.
