Prepare, submit, and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients as perguidance of sales head. Processing & follow ups for pending Sales Orders, Delayed orders, Dispatches andpayments on daily basis. Handling export shipments Sending export samples, track them till the reach to the clients. Coordinating with Clients till they receive export shipment. The Sales Coordinator must liaison between other departments, transporters and theclient to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs in time restraints. Managing issues with clients and provide customer support. The Sales Coordinator is required to manage CRM and manage reports for thedepartment progress. Prepare Sales CRM / MIS, Client orders / follow-up sheets, Export sample data withStatus, Vendor / client data, Export & Import data. Assist in compilation of Sales data.
