Should be strong in mathematical concepts - Additions, subtractions, multiplications, divisions and fractionsShould have good English speaking skills. Classes are online but we need Associate to be at the centre post pandemic. Centre is located in Andheri West. Responsibilities and Duties ****************************Guiding the kids and making them understand the worksheet. Observing and making notes while the student attempts Math work sheets and guiding them when necessary. Assessing study plan for students on a regular basis and assigning appropriate class work and home work sheets. Marking of classwork and homework sheets as per Company's method. Providing feedback to parents about the students on a regular basis. Qualifications and Skills =============================Diploma/Bachelors Degree Candidate should be well versed in Maths up to 7th grade. Willing to work with kids of all ages Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with adults and children Expected Start Date: Immediate Job Types: Full-timeWork from home allowed(?) Taking online lectures for students from Grade 1 to Grade 7 (Lectures usually last for a maximum of 90 mins) for Maths, Science and Logic. These are group classes with 2 to 6 kids per batch2. Play an important role as a mentor to a childs understanding of these subjects3. Taking a minimum of 3 Lectures in a day (Can take more if time permits) and a minimum of 6 days working (including weekends.
