This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and an organized, professional approach to daily responsibilities.---Key Responsibilities:Front Office / Reception DutiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and route them to appropriate departments.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized condition.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.Provide general administrative support to other departments when required.Computer Operation / Data ManagementPerform data entry, update databases, and maintain electronic and physical records.Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office or similar software.Handle office correspondence via email and ensure proper documentation.Assist in maintaining office systems and software records.Generate reports, invoices, and other documents as required.Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and backup of digital files.---Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Master's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in front office or data entry roles preferred.Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, fax, etc.).Typing speed of at least 35-40 wpm.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Professional appearance and behavior.---Work Environment:Office-based role, typically requiring interaction with clients, staff, and management.Standard working hours (e.g., 8:00 AM -5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday), depending on company policy.
