Perform daily follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and provide after-sales support. Attending client queries and requests related to after-sales service over the phone. Coordinate for BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) layout requirements, ensuring compliance. Prepare quotations for clients based on their specific needs and requirements. Generate daily reports, documenting client interactions, progress, and outcomes. Make project-related calls, especially those related to licenses and permissions. Conduct video calls for business meetings, discussing project progress, strategies, and addressing any challenges.
