We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, records, and reporting for our property portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of real estate accounting principles.Responsibilities:Record all financial transactions related to property sales, purchases, rentals, and leases.Process payments, issue invoices, and manage receipts in a timely and accurate manner.Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for real estate projects.Monitor and manage expenses related to property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements for real estate transactions.Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients regarding financial matters and payment terms.Utilize accounting software and systems to streamline financial processes and ensure accuracy in reporting.Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with real estate transactions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our property portfolio.Provide support to management and stakeholders on financial matters as needed.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, specifically related to real estate transactions.Proficiency in accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks, Yardi, or MRI.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members, vendors, and clients.High level of integrity and professionalism in handl
