Job Purpose: Establish the Virtual Relationship Channel as a major revenue contributor through effective engagement with Key Channel Partner/ POSPS via multiple communication channels Ensure highest levels of Client satisfaction. Interact with new Key Channel Partner to detail & explain all features & functions of products & assist in on boarding of new Partner. Should be willing to work in prescribed TAT on Key Channel Partner's Insurance /Operational Coordinate with Various Insurance Producers for facilitating service to Key Channel Partners.Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a close team environment Strong attention to detail Excellent business communication, both verbal and written Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Effective negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
