Key responsibilities:1.Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company objectives and market trends.2.Manage and co-ordinate the entire production process, from sourcing materials to finished product delivery3.Oversee sample development, fabric sourcing, garment production, and logistics planning4.Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure adherence to high quality standards.5.Optimize inventory levels,forcast demand, and manage stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory
