The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical and environmental analyses, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining wastewater treatment processes. ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct chemical testing and analysis in the **laboratory and field** to monitor environmental and industrial parameters. - Perform **quality control** checks for water, wastewater, and air samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Oversee the **operation and maintenance** of **Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)**. - Develop and optimize chemical treatment processes for water and wastewater management. - Prepare and maintain accurate **test reports, documentation, and compliance records**. - Ensure adherence to **environmental, health, and safety regulations** in chemical handling and laboratory operations. - Collaborate with **environmental engineers and technical teams** to improve treatment efficiency. - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment for accurate testing and analysis. ### **Requirements:** - **Education:** B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field. - **Experience:** 0-2 years of experience in environmental testing, ETP/STP operations, or chemical analysis]. - Knowledge of **water/wastewater treatment processes, chemical dosing, and sludge management**. - Familiarity with **environmental laws and pollution control board guidelines**. - Proficiency in using **analytical instruments like pH meters, spectrophotometers, and TDS meters**. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
