Inbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries, address concerns and complaints, and provide assistance. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, marketing campaigns, or other methods. Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Customer Service: Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
