Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging lectures and conduct seminars in subjects related to commerce, including Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, and Finance.Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.Evaluate and grade students' assignments, exams, and projects.Provide academic support and mentorship to students.Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.Stay current with industry trends and developments to incorporate into coursework.Contribute to research activities and academic publications.Qualifications:Masters degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. (Ph.D. preferred)Proven experience in teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.Strong understanding of commerce subjects and educational methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to engage and inspire students in a classroom setting.
